Q: What is your Eggsquis Advantage Card?
A: The Eggsquis Advantage Card permits users to add gift dollars on the card and earn Eggsquis Reward Dollars for every dollar spent pre-tax at any participating Eggsquis restaurant.
Q: What is your Eggsquis Reward Dollars account?
A: This Eggsquis Rewards Dollars account is a rewards account that permits users (members) to obtain 5% cash back on their card for every dollar pre-tax spent at any participation location. These Rewards Dollars could be used as a form of payment at participating Eggsquis restaurants only after users have registered their profile and card online. This is not a credit card.
Q: Is the Eggsquis Reward Dollars account free?
A: Yes. There is no activation and or membership fee. The Reward Dollars account is a way of us thanking our loyal customers.
Q: What must I do to accumulate dollars on my account?
A: Present your Eggsquis Advantage Card to cashiers at time of purchase. Cashiers will process your Advantage Card transaction and provide your account with dollars on every purchase.
Q: I want to register my account but I am not sure how? Can you help me?
A: You will need to go online to eggsquis.com and register as a new user. You must enter a valid email to register. After you have submitted the form along with your card number, you will receive an email with a link to validate your email. Your profile registration will remain pending until you have validated the reception of an email validation. Very important: Click on the link and open your profile. In order to redeem your accumulated Rewards Dollars you will need to register, validate your email through the validation process made available to you. If you need additonal help you may submit a contact us form. If you do not see the validation email, please check your junk folder.
Q: How many dollars can I accumulate with my card?
A: The Eggsquis Reward Dollars account accumulates 0,05$ dollars for every dollar spent pre-tax at Eggsquis restaurants. There is no limit to the number of Eggsquis Reward Dollars a member can accumulate. However you will need to register your profile and activate your account by completing the steps provided to use your Eggsquis Reward Dollars as a form of payment.
Q: Where can I see the number of dollars I have accumulated until now?
A: The Eggsquis Advantage member can consult the value of Eggsquis Reward Dollars via their online profile through eggsquis.com in the Advantage Card section.
Q: Where can I open my account?
A: You can open your Eggsquis Advantage account by visiting eggsquis.com in the Advantage card section and completing the steps to sign up.
Q: Why do I need to provide my email address?
A: Your email address will be your username to log in to your Eggsquis Advantage account. This is also the address where you’ll receive Eggsquis emails for promotions and personalized offers. You can unsubscribe from our communications at any time by changing the preferences in your Eggsquis Profile.
Q: Can I have multiple cards in my profile?
A: Yes you can have multiple cards in the same profile.
Q: I’ve signed up, but I’m having problems logging in. What now?
A: If you already signed up, you were sent a verification email. Don’t see it in your inbox? Check your junk mail or spam folder. Click on the verification link in the email, then you’ll be able to access your profile online. If you have already verified your account, you may have entered an incorrect password. Try clicking on the Forgot? link to reset your password.
Q: I’ve verified my email address, but I’m still having trouble logging in. How can I fix that?
A: If you are still having problems logging in after verifying your email address, try resetting your password. That should do it.
